Refund Policy:

  • Refund Policy
    Full refunds are available within 7 days of purchase, provided no content beyond Module 0 has been accessed. Refund eligibility is determined by system records tracking course activity.

    To request a refund, contact HNEP Student Support with your name and purchase details. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

    Refunds are not available once Module 1 or subsequent content has been accessed or downloaded. By enrolling, you agree to these terms.

Use of Materials:

  • The content, resources, and materials provided in this program are intended solely for your personal use in developing and growing your own holistic nursing practice. 
  • You may not reproduce, share, or distribute any part of this program for any other purpose, including but not limited to:
    • Creating your own courses, workshops, or educational content.
    • Sharing with third parties or colleagues outside of this program. 

Login and Access:

  • Your login credentials are for your personal use only and may not be shared with others. Unauthorized sharing of your login may result in immediate removal from the program without a refund.
  • Violation of these terms will result in the permanent revocation of your access to course materials.

Long-Term Access:

  • Your enrollment includes long-term access to the course materials.
  • Continued access is contingent upon adherence to these terms and conditions. Access will be revoked if terms are violated.
